Delete your NOOK account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app. The process is designed to be direct and transparent.

Delete from inside the app

Permanent deletion is available directly in NOOK.

Open NOOK and sign in.
Go to My Page.
Scroll to Delete Account.
Confirm the action. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be cancelled.

What happens after confirmation

Where applicable, your Sign in with Apple authorisation is revoked. Your authentication account, private profile, memberships, private academic data, uploads and identifying links are erased, and you are signed out.

Posts and comments may remain only after account links and identifying author fields are removed so existing discussions remain coherent. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

If you can no longer sign in

Email support@official-nook.com from the address used for your NOOK account with the subject 'Account deletion request'. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
